Travelling with your cakeDO NOT place the cake on a seat in the car, seats are slanted and can damage the cake. The cake should be placed either in the boot or the foot well of the car on a non-slip mat. Extra care should be taken when driving as some elements may be delicate. Cupcake bake-off cannot take any responsibility for damage to cakes when collected and transported by their customers.
-
Storage InformationAll cakes / cupcakes should be placed on a flat surface and stored at room temperature in the box provided. They should be kept out of direct sunlight. Celebration cakes can be stored in the fridge in the box provided. Please take them out of the fridge at least 1 hour prior to consumption. Freezing our cakes or cupcakes is not recommended. Please note cupcakes should be consumed within 2 days and cakes within 3 days.
-
PostponementsIf you wish to postpone your wedding booking date for any reason, you must request this by email, and we will check our availability. A £25 postponement admin fee would apply. All deposit payments would then be transferred to the new date and any items listed in the invoice, provided they are available. If I am fully booked or unavailable for the postponed Wedding/Event date, the cancellation policy (above) remains. Postponements are available up until 4 weeks before the scheduled event date, after this, dates are non-transferable and final balances for the original dates are payable. I therefore strongly recommend you take out wedding insurance to cover your date.

You are responsible for advising your guests of this and I will not accept any liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from any such exposure.
